In this role you will provide comprehensive support to our international student community through effective management of student accommodation placements as well as providing general administrative assistance to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.Coordinate accommodation placements to ensure a safe and supportive experience for international studentsLiaise with homestays, providers, and caregivers to maintain strong relationships and quality standards. Act as the first point pf contact for inquiries, delivering prompt and professional assistanceProvide efficient administrative support across all programmes and daily operationsMaintain accurate records and uphold data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance Collaborate with teams to enhance the international student experience and service deliveryContribute to process improvements and ensure consistent, high-quality supportQualificationsAbout you:To be successful in this role you will need the following:2-3 years’ experience in administration or accommodation coordinationProven ability to support and communicate effectively with international students and diverse stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and beneficial if experience with CRM or SMSExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesDemonstrated professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential informationSelf-motivated and capable or working independently while exercising sound judgementAdditional InformationWhy work with us?
