HR and Admin Intern JD: Location: Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMCWorking time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:30, a hour of lunch break,ResponsibilitiesHandle meeting and event preparations (venue setup, equipment, materials).Managing work permit documents for foreign employees and related administrative tasks.Handle printing and preparation of internal communication materials (banners, standees, documents).Manage internal communication such as announcements, birthday posts, and event updates.Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative assets.Handle internal activities and employee engagement events.Coordinate with other departments and perform assigned tasks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in administration or office coordination roles.Proficient in Chinese (HSK4+); English is a plus.Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.Able to work independently and flexibly.Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Familiar with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is an advantage.Positive attitude, eager to learn, and supportive in teamwork.
