Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin/Department Assistant with 1-2 years of administrative experience to support Data Team in Los Angeles. This role provides direct administrative support to the executives. The department encompasses Data Insights, Analytics, Science, Engineering, and Data Management, working collaboratively with teams and leaders across every division of the agency—from entry-level staff to senior executives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative and operational support to four executives on the Data Insights teamManage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, secure conference rooms, and handle incoming calls with professionalismProcess expense reports and ensure smooth day-to-day scheduling and communicationsMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive data, internal communications, and proprietary materialsAssist with collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources—such as streaming platforms, social networks, and other digital channelsHelp streamline and document data workflows and processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systemsSupport department-wide initiatives related to training, data governance, platform management, and vendor relationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredAt least one year of professional office or administrative experience (reception or agency experience a plus)Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilitiesA collaborative mindset and polished, professional demeanorStrong interest in building a career in data, analytics, or business intelligenceAwareness of current entertainment trends across TV, film, music, and digital mediaFamiliarity with key social media platforms and digital engagement toolsBenefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
