This position plays a key role in maintaining organized employee and business records, supporting onboarding documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable managing confidential information.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Records & OnboardingCollect and record employee documentation such as applications, certifications, and acknowledgmentsMaintain accurate personnel files for all employees (digital and paper)Update HR tracking tools and assist with onboarding requirementsTrack uniform and equipment sign-outs, replacements, and returnsUpload employee records to Belfry and verify data accuracy with personnel files and eNavCoordinate with Scheduling and HR staff to ensure all required documentation is completed and filedAdministrative OperationsProvide in-office administrative support to both Finance and Administration teamsCollect, scan, and distribute incoming mail and maintain organized filing systemsPerform data entry, document preparation, and recordkeeping tasksAssist with general office projects and maintain professional communication across departmentsCross-Departmental CoordinationCollaborate with the Finance Department on employee record verification and uniform/deduction trackingEnsure compliance with company policy and confidentiality standardsProvide regular updates to department leadership on administrative progressWork Schedule & ExpectationsApproximately 20–25 hours per week, based on department needsIn-office role only (remote work not permitted)Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all tasksAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as neededOpportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needsQualifications3–5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar roleStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and digital recordkeeping systems (e.g., Belfry, eNav)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in HR or onboarding support preferredAbility to work independently while supporting multiple departmentsHow to ApplySubmit your resume and cover letter to:Rachael Dalton, Sr. Director of Administration📧 rdalton@kresecurity.comKRE Security, LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.We value diversity and are committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
