Hello! We are looking for Administrative & Tender Management in Lisbon at Parque das Nações. 📜About the role: > Administrative & Operational Support to the area of institution tenders Fulfill and prepare standard tenders’ submission; Upload of prices submission in the internal system; Upload of tender prices contest in MS access data base ; Management of price differences contentes. > Manage Discharge subchannel (Elderly homes, specialized stores, ligas …) Direct contact with customers, managing requests and complains; Propose/ negotiate of commercial conditions according to policy approved; Upload and revise conditions internally; Follow performance and compliance; 🔎 What we are looking for: 2-5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in sales, pharmacy, or healthcare environments; High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM/sales; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Fluency in English (written and spoken); Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting and administrative tasks. 🌟Our Offer for you: Outsourcing Contract with Adecco 6-month project with the possibility of continuationGross Monthly Base Salary: 1200€ Food Alowance:10,30€/day - in meal card Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – From 9am to 18pm Are you interested?
