We’re looking for a proactive administrator to support our Contracts & Procurement (C&P) team. In this dynamic position, you’ll be at the heart of our operations helping to ensure our procurement and contracting processes run smoothly, supporting governance and compliance initiatives, and making a real difference across the business.About the RoleAs a Contracts & Procurement Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sourcing and administration of contracts and procurement activities across all Beach assets and divisions. Working closely with the Contracts & Procurement leadership team, you’ll be responsible for planning, monitoring, reporting, and communicating to ensure the smooth delivery of C&P outputs.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to functional improvement initiatives, uphold compliance with company procedures, and champion governance best practices. You’ll collaborate with a diverse range of internal stakeholders and external partners, making a tangible impact on the organisation’s operational efficiency, sustainability goals, and inclusive workplace culture.About YouYou’ll bring strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
