Organization- Park Hyatt Kuala LumpurSummaryYou will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to the Engineering Department. The Administrator is responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, coordinating events, and assisting with departmental projects. The Administrator serves as a key liaison between the Engineering team, and other hotel departments, external vendors, and guests, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.Qualifications Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia. Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant courses. Work experience as a secretary or admin in the hotel industry is preferred. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities. Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement, streamlining administrative procedures, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Engineering Department. Good interpersonal, and organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail, and computer proficiency are essential.
