There will be some flexibility for home working too.Supporting the Business Support Manager, and Team lead with Project work, data submissions, analysis, activity reports, operational reports and other administrative tasks to be completed to a high standard and within required timeframes. To provide administration function for the BEDS Adults eating disorders team for daily operational requirements and meeting service delivery requirements. Good sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/Word/Excel and knowledge of RiO would be an advantage. Run monthly reports for Business Support Manager. Input confidential correspondence, reports and other documentation to a high standard within an agreed timescale using software packages. Be aware of meeting deadlines, planning and prioritising workload in accordance with service needs. The post holder will be expected to liaise and communicate effectively with all levels of staff within the service and the wider Trust as well as members of the public.
