About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrator to support our day-to-day operations with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and ensures smooth coordination between departments, clients, and management.Key Responsibilities:Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, email correspondence, scheduling, and file management.Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications—via phone, email, and in-person.Maintain and organize confidential company records, invoices, staff files, and operational reports.Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and office supply management.Coordinate staff attendance, leave records, and timesheets in collaboration with HR.Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.Support front office or reception activities during peak hours if required.Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers professionally.Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and standard operating procedures.Assist in preparing administrative reports and data entry for audits or internal reviews.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in administrative or office management roles.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Presentable, professional, and client-facing personality.Experience in hospitality, wellness, gym, or high-end service environments is a plus.
