Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote Administrator role. The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and improving operational and administrative systems, ensuring efficient processes and facilitating communication across teams for our office in Santo Domingo (SS Dominicana). Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, managing schedules, organizing information, payments, accounts receivables, HR, and ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices. The Administrator will also support documentation and reporting needs while contributing to a productive and collaborative team environment.QualificationsAdministrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, coordination, and document managementFamiliarity with IT systems, Cybersecurity, and Business Continuity concepts is a plusStrong communication skills, including verbal and written communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teamsExperience managing and improving workflows and processesAttention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with company standardsExperience working with Government Bids is preferredA bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferredProficiency in relevant software tools, such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
