Job Description

We help companies prepare for AIFrom project delivery to staff augmentation, we prepare companies for AI with technologies like Salesforce, MuleSoft and Snowflake. With 250+ team members across Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and the U.S., we continue to grow.As an Administrator, you will collaborate with all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the office and control the billing and payment process. Your primary goal is coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. This is a part-time role.You WillPartner with IT Support and operational team members, including Human Resources and the Country Manager. You will have administrative and operations tasks, ensuring that the rest of the staff are adequately supported to work efficiently.Support budgeting and accounting procedures.Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data of members of the team, and handle that information confidentially.Keep track of stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.Partner with other Administrator team members in several countries to help improve local and company processes.Oversee general compliance with office security requirements.QualificationsProfessional in the area of Business Administration – Accounting.1- 2 years experience in a similar position.Excellent communication and writing skills.Advanced knowledge of Excel.Fluent in English.Bonus SkillsExperience in companies with operations in several countries.
