Company DescriptionThe Culture Capital is a creative agency dedicated to preserving and promoting cultural heritage, values, and traditions. Our mission is to empower communities by celebrating their unique cultural identities while fostering a deeper understanding and respect for cultural diversity. Role DescriptionThis is a 3-months contract role, with a possibility of switching to full-time, based in Kuching. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, organizing schedules, maintaining records and databases, providing support to various departments, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth communication within the team and with external stakeholders. The role involves assisting with budgeting and financial tasks as needed, streamlining processes, and ensuring organizational efficiency.QualificationsFresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailProficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database managementProficiency in Google Suite apps is preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting processesFamiliarity with cultural initiatives or a strong interest in the preservation and promotion of cultural heritagePrevious administrative or relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatoryMinimum educational qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldSend your CV and Resume to hello@theculturecapital.com.
