We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Admissions Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through the initial steps of their mental health care journey. Your work will directly impact patient experiences and support our mission to deliver exceptional care.Primary Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)Manage incoming and outgoing calls, texts, and emails for new and returning patients. Schedule consultations and send out New Patient Packets (NPP). Use Salesforce to handle patient follow-ups and maintain organized communication records. Guide patients through registration and portal account creation. Coordinate provider referrals and verify insurance eligibility. Reconnect with previous patients to schedule follow-ups. Provide administrative support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Collaborate closely with clinical teams to support patient care. Requirements Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Background in healthcare administration or patient coordination is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work Pacific Time hours.
