Capital Health is looking for a detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to manage patient referrals and admissions, ensuring smooth communication between departments and efficient coordination of all admission processes.💼 Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and track patient referrals and admissions with all internal teams. • Support case managers with documentation and referral procedures. • Prepare daily and monthly reports on admissions, rejections, and approvals. • Review patient documents before insurance submission and follow up on approvals. • Ensure accurate documentation per SRH Quality and JAWDA standards. • Maintain updated knowledge of SRH services, admission criteria, and SOPs.✅ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree with HealthCare experience (required). • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hospital admissions or coordination. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospital systems. • English and Arabic proficiency preferred.
