Instead, you'll conduct high-impact tours for families, establish trust with prospective parents, and shepherd them through a smooth, individualized admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll guarantee that our campus remains safe, compliant, and always prepared to welcome students and families with assurance.Alpha is a K–12 private school that rethinks how children learn. In this role, you'll serve as the front line of that mission, bringing it to life for every family who enters our doors.If you're prepared to accelerate your growth while contributing to meaningful work, we want to hear from you.What You Will Be DoingConducting personalized, high-conversion family tours that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our model.Executing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions funnel.Implementing rigorous safety and safeguarding protocols to maintain a visibly secure environment for students and families.Managing all dimensions of facilities operations, from preventative maintenance to vendor coordination and repair supervision.Regularly analyzing data to optimize processes and enhance both operational efficiency and enrollment outcomes.What You Won’t Be DoingBeing limited to a single, repetitive administrative task or isolated department.Operating under rigid, top-down micromanagement that suppresses your initiative.Dealing with bureaucratic red tape that impedes meaningful progress.Concentrating solely on paperwork, detached from the students and families you serve.Admissions Coordinator Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver a seamless, high-impact admissions journey while sustaining a safe, high-functioning campus environment, empowering Alpha to grow and fulfill its promise to families.Basic RequirementsDemonstrated experience in school admissions, engagement, or customer-facing roles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management.Familiarity with or openness to learning school operations.Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC.About AlphaWant to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom? The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
