Join the Admissions Team at EIIS, the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability, and help us grow a global community of change-makers.We are looking for a full-time Admissions Manager to guide prospective participants through their learning journey and build partnerships with companies interested in our educational programs.As an Admissions Manager at EIIS, you’ll be the bridge between our Programs and the people interested in joining our community. We’ll rely on you to find creative ways to express what makes EIIS unique and communicating this to the wider world. If you are curious, social, love sustainability and getting to know new people, this job is a great opportunity.What is the job:You will report directly to the Head of Admissions and act as the bridge between our programs and new participants, from the first contact to enrolment.What you will do:Engage interested candidates via phone and video calls, follow up by email, and direct them to the best-fit EIIS program, communicating our distinctive Education model and global community to inspire confident program selection.Own your daily and weekly agenda: plan calls, book meetings, manage priorities, and execute timely follow-ups across channels (phone, video, email).Meet and exceed enrolment targets and conversion KPIs, with weekly reporting on pipeline and results.Develop and manage B2B relationships, presenting our programs to companies and identifying partnership or training opportunities.Collaborate with Marketing, Program Management, and Academic teams to align messaging, campaigns, and class composition.Contribute to diverse, high-quality intakes and communicate the unique value of EIIS in an authentic and impactful way.What we are looking for:Based in Rome, hybrid work 2/3 days per week.Fluent in English and Italian (C1 level); other languages are a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong empathy, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.Passion for sustainability, education, and people.Experience in sales or B2B relationship management is a strong plus.Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is an advantage.Location:Palazzo Taverna - Via di Monte Giordano 36, RomaWhat we offer:Competitive salary with performance-based bonus.Opportunity for fast professional growth.Flexible working hours and hybrid work options.A dynamic, international, and collaborative environment.What we do:At EIIS, the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability, we apply research and innovation to products and courses designed for companies and individuals aiming at sustainability, creating a vibrant community of changemakers who foster innovation for a more sustainable future.We bring people together to achieve environmental, social, and economic sustainability through education, research, and innovative solutions for companies and institutions.
