Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, you will oversee a seamless, values-led admissions process that engages prospective families from their first enquiry through to confirmed enrolment.This hands-on leadership role blends team leadership, data-informed strategy, stakeholder engagement and market insight, and includes representing MLC at key recruitment events and expos in Australia and overseas.What You’ll DoLead, coach and develop the Admissions team to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.Oversee the full admissions lifecycle, including enquiries, applications, interviews, offers and onboarding.Partner with Marketing and Family Engagement teams to ensure a seamless prospective family journey.Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform enrolment strategies.Represent MLC at open days, tours, community events and domestic and international recruitment opportunities.Provide accurate reporting, forecasts and insights to College leadership.What You’ll BringDemonstrated experience in admissions and enrolment management or a related field, ideally within education.Proven leadership experience and strong team-management skills.Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder-engagement skills.Strategic and data-driven approach to enrolment management.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.Proficiency with CRM and admissions systems.Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, education or a related discipline and experience with international student recruitment and CRICOS compliance will be highly regarded.Why Join MLC?Be part of a highly respected and values-driven independent school community.Work in a collaborative, future-focused environment with passionate colleagues.Contribute to the continued growth and success of the College’s thriving student community.Enjoy professional development opportunities and a supportive leadership team.Applications close Sunday 2 November 2025.For a confidential conversation about the role, please contact Aimee Lowe, Director of Community Engagement on lowea@mlc.vic.edu.au.MLC puts child safety at the forefront and are committed to providing a child safe environment.
