Job Description

Responsibilities:Develop and implement admission strategies to attract and enroll prospective students.Plan and execute admission campaigns, open houses, and outreach programs.Collaborate with schools, colleges, and external partners to promote university programs.Oversee the entire admissions process, ensuring timely application processing and accurate record-keeping.Provide guidance to prospective students and parents on admission requirements, academic programs, fees, and scholarships.Address inquiries and ensure clear, professional communication throughout the admission process.Coordinate with academic departments, finance, IT, and student affairs to facilitate a smooth student onboarding experience.Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory guidelines related to admissions.Prepare reports on admission trends, student demographics, and enrollment data.Continuously review and improve admission policies, procedures, and recruitment strategies.Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.8-10 years of relevant experience in admissions.Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
