We are looking for a strong Head of HR to build and optimize processes, manage the team, and ensure fast and effective hiring worldwide. Responsibilities Lead and manage the HR department (10+ people). Build and optimize HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, KPI management, offboarding. Manage international hiring in Spain, Germany, the USA, and other European countries. Oversee key hires and ensure quality of recruitment. Develop HR strategy, employer branding, and motivation systems.
RequirementsRequirements 3+ years of proven experience as Head of HR / HR Director. Strong background in managing distributed teams (10+ members). International recruitment experience (Europe, USA).
