A true DTC Ads Creative Strategist — someone who can turn performance data into creative briefs, lead a team of editors & designers, and continuously evolve our ad library into something iconic.Your MissionBuild and lead our creative testing engine. Test angles and new formats. You’ll oversee the team that produces, tests, and optimizes creative that converts at scale.What You’ll Actually DoWrite graphic & video social media ad briefs that makes people stop scrolling.Analyze ad performance across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Find what works and why.QC every output to ensure story, pacing, and brand feel are dialed.Build an internal Ad Library system that tracks versions, metrics, and learnings.Lead weekly creative reviews with design, content, and growth teams.Research top DTC brands weekly — reverse engineer what’s winning and make it ours.You’re Probably This Kind of Person If...You’ve run creative strategy for DTC brands or agencies and can show winning ads you directed.You know your way around Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Creative Center, Motion, or Triple Whale.You understand why “hook tension” and “scroll psychology” matter.You’re fluent in Notion, Asana, Google Sheets, and creative chaos.You can spot bad typography, awkward pacing, or dull framing from 3 seconds in.You think like a director, move like an operator, and talk like a marketer.You use Notion · Asana · Google Drive · Motion · Triple Whale · ChatGPT · Midjourney · Meta Ads Manager · CapCut / Premiere ProCompensationAnnual Salary from $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience10 day annual PTO50% health, dental, and vision comp3.5% matching 401KGrowth opportunity to become Ads Creative DirectorHow to ApplyDrop your portfolio + 3 favorite DTC ads you’ve worked on (or wish you had) and tell us why you think they convert.
