Our person-centred approach ensures efforts are tailored to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each person under our care.Role DescriptionThis is a contract, on-site role for an Adult Educator located in Charleville.Subjects to be covered are:HorticultureCulinaryMusic The Adult Educator will be responsible for planning and delivering educational lessons, training , and communicating effectively with students and staff. Daily tasks include creating lesson plans, conducting training sessions, and assessing educational outcomes to foster independence and active participation in the community.QualificationsSkills in Lesson Planning and EducationExperience in Teaching and TrainingStrong Communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse team and independentlyExperience of working with children/adults in the field of intellectual disability (desirable).A relevant training qualification
