Job DescriptionAs an Advanced AI Engineer here at Honeywell, you will lead the design and development of AI algorithms, models, and systems, acting as the subject matter expert for technical AI projects and best practices. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and implement advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.3 plus years of experience in AI and machine learning development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, with experience in AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, for deploying AI solutions.WE VALUEAdvanced degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the field of AI.Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or someone with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or the ability to obtain an export authorization.In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and the opportunity to develop solutions alongside dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
