Our expertise also includes enhancing workforce productivity, data integration, centralized control rooms, remote operations, autonomous solution and turbomachinery control and optimization, providing comprehensive hardware and software services.To strengthen our service team in Bratislava, Slovakia, we are looking for a dedicated „Advanced Field Service Engineer (m/w/d) Process Solutions“ to drive the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.In this position you will be a high-level expert responsible for supporting system migrations and upgrades, as well as troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Your duties will include changing system hardware parts, install control system software and applying updates and patches.Additionally, you will provide remote or on-call support, maintain a high level of knowledge of Honeywell’s HPS systems hardware and software platforms, and assist other LSS engineers with troubleshooting.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert support for emergency repairs, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing and start-up of various electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, including software Diagnose and repair equipment and systems that other service technicians cannot handle Offer technical training, coaching, and guidance to other service engineers, technicians and subcontractors Act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers and other stakeholders Work on-site at the client's location in Bratislava and the surrounding area QualificationsTechnical education in the field of electrical/automation engineering/computer engineering or a comparable qualification Experience in the field of control, network and process control technology or process engineering Excellent programming and engineering skills Strong customer and service orientation combined with good communication skills High degree of integrity, ability to work in a team, ability to learn, initiative and self-organization Valid driving license Very good Slovakian language skills, good English language skills are advantageous We OfferA thorough induction in a successful and innovative company Working with latest technologies and tools A flexible and modern working environment as well as individual development and training opportunities A versatile area of responsibility with varied activities A lot of freedom in a well-coordinated, collegial and motivated team Monthly gross salary from 3200€, with the final salary offer depending on your experience and requirements We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
