Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer.

The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, developing and implementing engineering solutions, and collaborating on design support during the preliminary phases of new programs. Daily tasks include managing machining operations, ensuring product quality, optimizing production workflows, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The role involves close interaction with the fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly teams to ensure seamless production.

QualificationsProficiency in manufacturing processes and manufacturing engineeringExperience using SolidWorks, CAD, DraftSight, Mastercam, MS Office (Excel and Teams)Strong skills in CNC machining, robotic welding, and other automated equipmentExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams5-10 years experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferredBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
