As a Advanced Quality Engineer on our Quality & Excellence team uncover the root causes behind every single error, drive transformational improvements, and implement forward-thinking solutions to ensure our products exceed the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Are you in?Supports the module (short, long flow, transfer) and technology development projects from early stages to ensure the module and process quality requirements. Contributes to proactive complaint reduction and deviation prevention by providing the quality requirements and addressing of early detected risk and deviations. Drives/owns quality projects with contribution to quality performance and efficiency.In your new role you will:Transfer/Technology/Package Projects:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions Through Risk Assessment / P-FMEA process you identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks that could impact the quality of products, processes, or services.Organize Quality characterization and validation planning followed by data analysisAnalyze data and metrics to measure quality performance and identify trendsDefine and drive Safe Launch activities in projectsCreate Pre-launch control plans for new/transferred processesDevelop/review of fail criteria’s, Clarification of product requirements.Understanding the customer requirements and translate to process and product requirementsContinuous improvement projects:Product and process complexity decrease (flexibility increase, harmonization)Quality process development activities (poke yoke, digitalization, harmonization)Reduce the quality risks in production proactively.Providing training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practicesDeveloping and implementing quality management systems, processes, and proceduresStaying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and standards to ensure complianceStrong communication and collaboration skills are required, along with the ability to be self-directed and autonomous when necessary. The ability to facilitate technical teams is also essential, as is an analytical way of thinking and an understanding of complex technical processes.
