Be part of the future!How You’ll Make An ImpactSupervise team in designing, developing, and providing software applications and systems that meet business needs following IT development standardsMonitor daily/weekly operations and be accountable for quality of software development and solve technical problem that meets the defined requirementsDevelop workplan, provide guidance and monitor system operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutionsPerform coding in various programming languages and frameworksRecommend and design structures and tools for system developmentImprove software quality by defining issues and common patterns to implement the changed code/designMonitor and ensure the quality and reliability of software through testing processSupervise and maintain documentation by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear codeMaintain knowledge of standard language, coding methods, and operations requirementsStay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practicesWorking closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers What Will Set You Up For Success8 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe development with strong skills in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.Expertise in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise mainframe applications.Strong knowledge of VSAM, batch processing, and online transaction systems.Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and mentor junior team members.Excellent communication skills with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
