Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term, Full TimeSalary: £28,955Workplace: ITV White City, London - HybridClosing Date: 27th November 2025Advanced Advertising AssistantWe are looking for an Advanced Advertising Assistant,to support ITV’s AdLabs initiatives; driving forward new launches, expanding existing workstreams, and helping to bring new advertising solutions to life on ITVX.You’ll build strong relationships across internal ITV teams, support the creation of sales materials, and play a key role in managing communications and coordination across our digital advertising ecosystem.This role is varied, hands-on, and offers fantastic exposure to both the commercial and operational sides of ITV’s advertising business.The teamIf you're curious, digitally savvy, love TV, and keen on helping drive the future of TV advertising at the UK's largest commercial broadcaster, then ITV's Advanced Advertising team is a brilliant place to develop your career.Digital advertising on ITVX is the fastest growing part of ITV. Most importantly, you'll thrive in a fast paced environment and relish the opportunity to work closely with some of ITV’s brightest and most diverse digital minds to help ITV innovate and shape new digital advertising solutions on ITVX.Responsibilities:Support AdLabs initiatives, i.e. new launches and growing existing workstreamsBuild relationships across internal ITV teams to support the development of AdLabs propositionsDevelop sales presentations and manage team content calendar to ensure the right messaging goes the the right recipientsHelp manage external partners, running regular meetings to support sales teams with their campaignsOver time, we will support you to take ownership of initiativesLots of action-orientated meetings with sales, operations, and data teams.Shadowing core team on customer meetings and meetings with key technology vendors.Project management, collateral creation, organisation of meetings, capturing of actions, and following up.Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)At least 1 year’s experience in account management, sales or similar within media, advertising, or marketingDigitally aware, with a strong interest in TV and the evolving advertising landscapeAn intelligent problem solver who can think creatively and act decisivelyNaturally collaborative, curious and takes initiative to follow through on tasks and promisesStrong relationship-building skills, able to engage effectively across teams and functions.A clear understanding & passion for the role you are applying for as well as ITVOther things we’re looking for (key criteria)Have a willingness to learn new skills with the appropriate trainingDemonstrate a ‘can do’ attitudeStrong communication skills, both written and verbalGood understanding of how to use technology in an office environment for example use of the Google suite, zoomFriendly, approachable, and respectful - a true team playerYou’ll have the ability to maintain a positive attitude, even when under pressure and working to deadlinesClosing date: 28th November 2025Please note, on occasion we may receive a very large volume of applications which means applications for a role may close earlier than the referenced closing date.
