What You’ll Do Advertising Support responsibilities:Own and triage a segment of supplier inbound communications accurately while reducing the turnaround time for open ticketsConsolidate both internal and external resources for our team, when necessary in order to facilitate better triaging of ticketsRespond in a timely manner to internal Wayfair teams questions when designatedUtilize data daily to determine the subset of suppliers who require additional resources and training to be prepared to use our products.Being able to identify trends in ticket submissions to escalate platform issues or bugs.Learn how to use internal Wayfair tools to diagnose supplier advertising pain points.Learn how to use reporting tools such as Looker, LookerStudio and GBQ and draw data driven conclusions in order to diagnose and assist suppliers with their Advertising needs.Constantly update accuracy of supplier contact informationCreate and iterate on content for emails, one-pagers, workshops, and webinars (all supplier facing)Work with Ad Sales Managers to support supplier outreach at scale for APS suppliers (e.g., sending comms with WeChat/apps vs. email, drafting comms for APS suppliers) Advertising Analytics responsibilities:Support monthly advertising performance reporting for desk-managed accounts to help them maximize the benefitBe comfortable with data manipulation to be able to report down to a supplier level on their successes and failures, whether that be financial, results driven or otherwiseHave a strong understanding of google products in the workplace including how to make pivot tables and create formulas. What You’ll NeedExtreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and desire to exceed client expectationsFlexibility to thrive in a fast paced and constantly changing work environment, manage multiple projects and tight deadlinesAn ability to prioritize across short term and long term goalsStrong analytical and data visualization skills.Excellent written and oral communication skillsAn inherent self starter mentality that excels in a fast paced work environmentDemonstrate empathy for suppliers' concernsAdvanced Microsoft Office & G-Suite skills, with a particularly strength in Excel/GSheetsEnough knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem to be dangerous.Proficient in English and Mandarin
