Advertising Operations & Automation Specialist

Advertisers reach new consumers in brand-safe environments with engaging formats and sustainable, reliable results.The company was founded by Ilhan Zengin, Mario Tiedemann, and Dennis Kirschner in 2016 with headquarters in Berlin and employs almost 350 people worldwide in 25 strategic markets throughout Europe, the Nordics, LATAM, the US, and Asia.What You'll Take Charge OfSet up, monitor, and optimize programmatic and direct ad campaigns.Work closely with demand partners and internal stakeholders to ensure technical and commercial success.Work with a wide range of ad formats, including OLV, CTV, Display, and more.Analyze campaign performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with account managers and engineers.Support pre- and post-sales processes from a technical and operational perspective.Design, build, and maintain automation workflows to improve efficiency in campaign setups, reporting, and troubleshooting.Work with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, or similar) to create dashboards and insights that support business decisions.Help develop and improve internal workflows, documentation, and best practices.Proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce manual work, and implement scalable solutionsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in ad operations, programmatic advertising, or a similar digital advertising role.Knowledge of ad tech platforms (e.g. GAM, SSPs, DSPs, VAST/VPAID, etc.).Analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign data and KPIs.Experience with automation tools (e.g. Python, Google Apps Script, APIs, or similar) is a strong plus.Experience working with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and handling large datasets is highly valued.Hands-on, solution-oriented approach and excellent attention to detail.Strong communication skills and fluency in English (German or French would be a plus)Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Located in Riga or willing to relocate (office-based/hybrid setup).We strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the listed criteria.
