The Advertising Production Manager will oversee the production process of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standard. Daily responsibilities include managing production workflows, coordinating with creative teams, tracking project milestones, and aligning outputs with client goals and marketing strategies.Job Summary:The Advertising and Events Production Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns and live events from concept to completion. This role ensures that all creative and production elements are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client’s expectations. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and deep knowledge of advertising production processes and event logistics.Key Responsibilities:Advertising Production: •Manage the production of advertising materials including TV, radio, digital, print, and outdoor campaigns. •Coordinate between creative, client servicing, and media departments to ensure smooth project execution. •Source and negotiate with external suppliers (e.g., photographers, videographers, printers, studios). •Oversee quality control of all final deliverables. •Manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.Event Management: •Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, product launches, press conferences, activations, and exhibitions. •Develop event concepts and ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints. •Manage vendor relationships (venues, caterers, decorators, AV teams, etc.). •Supervise on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown. •Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and branding requirements.General Management: •Prepare and maintain project timelines, budgets, and reports. •Lead production teams and coordinate cross-functional collaboration. •Manage client communications and approvals throughout the production process. •Identify risks and implement contingency plans. •Keep up-to-date with new technologies, materials, and industry trends.Qualifications & Skills: •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Production, Communication, or related field. •5+ years of experience in advertising or event production (agency experience preferred). •Strong understanding of production workflows and vendor management. •Excellent project management and organizational skills. •Budgeting and negotiation expertise. •Strong communication and leadership abilities. •Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. •Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
