Our fuel is team work and we believe that to deliver our purpose efficiently, we are stronger together.Responsibilities: (not limited to)Strong knowledge of superannuation, retirement planning, investment strategies, and insurance.Proficiency with software systems such as XPlan, Midwinter, Intelliflo or similar platforms.Experience handling operational tasks like service agreements, AML checks, and financial product research.Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry and system updates.Solid understanding of Australian Financial Planning compliance standards and requirements when performing daily administrative tasks for clients.Strong communication skills with experience liaising with financial product providers and advisers.Familiarity with SOAs, ROAs, and the ability to implement advice recommendations for clients.Must Have:Minimum 1-2 years of experience handling similar administrative tasks in the Australian financial planning industry.Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.A graduate with a degree related to Finance and or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA etcStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client interactions and team collaborationA keen eye for detail, ensuring all documentation, data entry, and tasks are accurate and compliant What's on offer to the right candidate;An above market salaryAn opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation that works with global clientsAn opportunity to take on extra responsibility and a step up in your careerAn amazing workplace culture built on employee driven initiativesTravel AllowanceMedical coverage
