In this role, you will play a key part in delivering Crown’s philanthropic and community engagement initiatives through the Crown Resorts Foundation and across our properties.You’ll support programs that make a real difference – from coordinating community partnerships to driving initiatives like the Community Champions, an employee advisory committee. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about giving back to the community.Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:Coordinate and administer Crown’s community programs, including grants and partnerships.Be responsive to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Crown Resorts Foundation.Support the Community Champions committees and engagement activities across all properties.Administer the upkeep of the Foundation content on key communication channels, e.g. Viva Engage, SharePoint, and Website.Assist with reporting, budget management, and compliance for community initiatives.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Provide high-level administrative support and contribute to communications for community programs.About youThis role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, passionate about making a difference, and thrives on bringing people together for a good cause.
