Advisory Consultant (Security Operation Center) Role Description Advisory Consultant is technical consultant on SOC process which drive improvement based on current SOC operation maturity level Review the SOC day to day operation in accordance to the required KPI and recommend any required improvements. Responsibilities Review and analyze SOC Operation process governance periodically, and suggest process enhancements Review SOC operation internal key performance indicator on each service catalogs and provide guidance on KPI improvement Review and analyze SOC Technology maturity adoptions and provide recommendation for technical improvement Lead, plan and develop Cyber Exercise activities Review operation process and suggest on updating standard operating procedures Work together with SOC Manager, Security Monitoring Leader, and Service Manager to drive SOC operational excellences Provide Capability and maturity assessment (CMMI) engagement.
