Since over 12 years the team from 22nd brings top consulting quality, expertise in CLM, CRM and Advisory, sales improvements, operational excellence, AI, and IT strategy.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an CRM & Advisory Consultant located in the Zürich Metropolitan Area. The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing strategic advice, and implementing solutions for financial institutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, requirements engineering, solution design, and collaborating with clients and internal teams. While the role is primarily based in Zug, some work from home is acceptable.QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in business consulting and requirements engineeringKnowledge in CRM, CLM and operational excellenceExpertise in automation and AIExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team, fast learning and self drivenProficiency in German and ideally also in FrenchBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in the financial services industry is a plus
