From civic engagement to social impact, Mundial Media helps organizations communicate meaningfully with the communities shaping America’s future.About the RoleThe Advocacy & Political Sales Lead will spearhead Mundial Media’s growth across issue-based, nonprofit, and political advertising categories. This role will focus on developing relationships with advocacy groups, political agencies, campaigns, and cause-driven organizations that align with Mundial Media’s mission of advancing equity and authentic representation in media.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in political or cause-based digital advertising, understands compliance and FEC/advocacy regulations, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that blends mission-driven storytelling with performance marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesLead revenue growth across advocacy, issue-based, and political clients, including campaigns, PACs, nonprofits, and government initiatives.Develop and execute sales strategies that position Mundial Media as the leading multicultural platform for political and social impact advertisers.Build and maintain strong relationships with political media agencies, campaign consultants, and advocacy organizations.Collaborate with Marketing, Client Solutions, and Research to deliver proposals that combine Cadmus AI insights with culturally resonant creative solutions.Identify opportunities for contextual and O&O (owned & operated) integrations across Mundial Media’s multicultural publisher network.Partner with the Head of Operations to ensure campaign accuracy, compliance, and delivery against political ad regulations.Represent Mundial Media at political and advocacy conferences, summits, and key industry events.Maintain an active pulse on political trends, voter engagement initiatives, and emerging advocacy issues impacting multicultural audiences.Qualifications8+ years of experience in political, advocacy, or issue-based digital sales (agency, publisher, or platform side).Proven success in building relationships with advocacy groups, PACs, political consultants, or mission-driven organizations.Strong understanding of political ad compliance, targeting rules, and creative approval workflows.Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic media solutions across video, CTV, display, and social environments.Deep knowledge of multicultural and underrepresented audience segments and how to authentically reach them.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Highly organized, resourceful, and entrepreneurial—comfortable operating in a fast-scaling company.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
