Key Account Manager – Austria (FMCG/Retail Channel Focus)Location: Austria Customers: Grocery / Retail / ConveniencePackage: €100,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package Are you a commercially driven Key Account Manager ready for your next big challenge in a fast-paced, high-growth FMCG environment?We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of national and regional customer relationships in Austria, working closely with a distribution partner to deliver strong execution across all retail channels. This is a pivotal commercial role, with a direct impact on visibility, volume, and promotional success in a highly competitive category. What You'll Be DoingDrive Account Growth:

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key national and regional retail accounts. Collaborate Through Distribution: Work closely with a third-party bottling/distribution partner to align priorities, support field sales teams, and execute trade strategies. Lead Customer Engagement: Shape and deliver customer-specific business plans, promotional calendars, and SKU strategies. Ensure Retail Excellence: Monitor in-store activation, visibility, and execution standards across outlets and channels. Analyse & Optimise: Track performance by account, evaluate ROI of promotional activities, and identify new opportunities for growth. Coordinate Commercial Planning: Align budgets, forecasts, and reporting with internal and partner teams to ensure commercial targets are met.

What We're Looking ForStrong Key Account Management experience in FMCG or consumer packaged goods, ideally across grocery, convenience, and impulse channels. A solid understanding of the Austrian retail landscape and customer dynamics. Comfortable working via a distribution partner or bottling model and influencing through collaboration. Fluent in German and English. Commercially astute, analytically sharp, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders. Highly organised and proactive with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
