AEA RELATE one of the leading PR and communication agencies in Greece, is looking for the ideal candidate to fill in the position of: Senior Account Manager, Corporate Communication with key responsibilities to: Provide strategic consultancy to the company's clients in terms of corporate communication. Build and maintain positive and trust-based relations with a diverse portfolio of clientsEnsure the quality of services, customer support and level of client service in line with a high-end service level.

Hold excellent media relations in the framework of a solid press office, set up media and publicity plans and activities (interviews, articles, press releases, campaigns, media synergies) and conduct media activities such as press trips, press events, etc. Hold very strong crisis management role in terms of strategy and handling, both on a proactive and reactive basis. Plan, overview and ensure execution of all kinds of activities that support a holistic approach of a corporate communication strategyDevelop and manage different clients' special activities such as enhancing corporate identity and branding, building CSR programs (concept, development, implementation).

Manage and oversee the development and implementation of corporate events (e. g. inauguration events, stakeholders' events)Monitor costs and budgets regarding all projects of the clientsLiaise with other company departments to ensure smooth and timely operationsLead, manage, coach and develop younger corporate communication team members. Delegate duties and responsibilities and supervise the work of the corporate team members providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance. Ensure company culture and policies are communicated, followed and enhanced in consistency by the corporate team membersRequirementsEducation & Experience7-10 years' experience in PR and communicationUniversity degree in PR / communication / marketing or similar field.

Post graduate studies will be considered a plusExcellent communication and writing skills in both Greek and English. PC literate, proficient in MS OfficeSkills & AttributesOutstanding communication skillsEntrepreneurial spiritCreativeAble to create and nurture long-term relationshipsHigh level of self-motivationProven managerial experience. Critical thinker. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure within tight deadlines. Attention to detail.
