Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Coordinator based in Sydney, NSW.
The Project Coordinator will manage daily project activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor project timelines, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. The role also involves maintaining project documentation, identifying potential issues, and supporting the project management team. While primarily office-based, some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications Project planning, scheduling, and coordination skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with façade systems and materials is a plusBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
