Location: FIFO from Brisbane to Surat Basin Package: Competitive salary + super + site uplift (depending on experience)Start: ASAPWe’ve been exclusively engaged on a highly confidential infrastructure project in Queensland and are seeking a switched-on Project Engineer ready to step up in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based on a FIFO roster from Brisbane to the Surat Basin, working with a tier-one aligned contractor known for delivering essential energy and infrastructure solutions.

Oversee project engineering from mobilisation to completionDevelop and maintain construction schedules, trackers and forecastsManage subcontracts and procurement processesInterpret drawings, specs and plans, identifying and resolving any technical issuesMonitor project risks, costs, and compliance across safety, quality, and environmentWork closely with the engineering manager, site teams, and other stakeholdersProvide mentorship and coordination for site engineers where requiredWhat We’re Looking For:

Engineering degree (civil/mechanical/electrical) or equivalent2+ years’ experience in construction, oil & gas, or civil infrastructureFamiliarity with HDPE, pipeline, or lease work (preferred but not essential)Strong planning, communication and site coordination skillsA solutions-focused mindset and collaborative working styleHigh attention to detail, especially around compliance and reportingThis is a role where you’ll grow fast, work with great people, and help deliver projects that matter.
