Your ResponsibilitiesLead and support formal validation and consolidated program planningIdentify the critical path for business go-live and ensure plan baselines are maintained monthlyCollaborate with Program Management to prepare and close all DG1 tollgate deliverablesCoordinate cutover management activities (pre-cutover, cutover, post-cutover) in alignment with the PMsSupport and manage activities related to technical go-lives, identify gaps, and ensure closure of issuesMonitor and report on critical issues during hypercare, driving resolution through actionable plansProvide governance support throughout wave 2, maintaining and updating project baselines and status reportsAlign planning and execution with internal stakeholders across functions and geographiesYour Profile15+ years of experience managing large and complex programs, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectorExtensive experience in Regulatory system implementations and computer system validation (CSV)Prior experience working with enterprise environmentsProven experience as a Cutover Manager in complex implementationsAdvanced user of Smartsheet for planning and progress trackingFamiliarity with PMO Hub or similar risk management toolsStrong knowledge of specific IT landscape and legacy platforms (e.
