Aeris is looking for a DevOps engineer who is eager to learn new skills and help develop services using the latest technology. You should be passionate about building scalable and highly available infrastructure and services. You will work closely with Aeris development teams to deliver a leading connected vehicle platform to automotive OEMs. Responsibilities:
Develop automation tools and framework for CI/CDDevelop critical infrastructure components or systems and follow them through to productionBuild and support public cloud based SaaS and PaaS servicesIdentify, build and improve tooling, processes, security and infrastructure that support Aeris cloud environmentsIdentify, design, and develop automation solutions to create, manage and improve cloud infrastructure, builds and deploymentsLead from Proof of Concept to implementation for critical infrastructure components and new DevSecOps tools and solutionsRepresent DevOps in design reviews and work cross-functionally with Engineering and Operation teams for operational readinessDive deep to resolve problems at their root, looking for failure patterns and driving resolutionMinimum requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, around 6+ years of professional technology experienceExperience deploying and running enterprise grade public cloud infrastructure, preferably with GCPHands-on Automation with Terraform, Groovy and experience with CI-CDHands-on experience in Linux/Unix environment and scripting languages: (eg Shell, Perl, Python, Javascript, Golang etc)Hands-on experience in two or more of the following areasDatabases (NoSQL/ SQL):
