We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter, EMEA to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bucharest.
You will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across the EMEA region, supporting business functions including Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is excited by the opportunity to influence hiring strategies and build exceptional teams. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the EMEA regionPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and candidate success profilesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, employee referrals, etc.
)Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fitEnsure a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through onboardingMaintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics and reportsMinimum Requirements: 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or IoT environmentProven success recruiting across multiple EMEA countries and functionsStrong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alikeFluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plusPreferred Requirements:
