RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform blade repairs in accordance with technical instructions, standards, and guidelinesEnsure strict compliance with all safety regulations, protocols, and industry standardsPrepare and submit comprehensive repair reports and other required technical documentationEnsure the accuracy of time tracking and reporting for all working hours and project tasksOperate and manage company vehicles, including vans, as neededConduct daily toolbox meetings with all relevant on-site technicians to ensure alignment and safetyParticipate in and follow up on project meetings both on-site and remotely (via Google Meet) in coordination with the back-officeFollow-up on delivery and shipping coordination, control, registration, and approval of arriving goodsRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the inspection and repair of wind turbine blades from various leading manufacturersGWO Basic Safety TrainingYou have valid medical certificateMinimum blade B / Basic blade repair certificateDriver's license cat.
