As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven executive leader to spearhead our strategic growth initiatives within the critical Greater China market and Asia-Pacific region. This is an unparalleled opportunity to define and lead our enterprise sales efforts, directly influencing the adoption of cutting-edge AI infrastructure among China's leading innovators. About the Role: This is a pivotal executive leadership position, tasked with establishing and dominating Aethir's presence in the high-growth Chinese and APAC enterprise AI compute sector.

You will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive market entry and expansion strategy, cultivating deep relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within major Chinese enterprises. Your mandate will be to secure significant, large-scale contracts for Aethir's enterprise-grade, GPU-accelerated compute solutions, driving substantial revenue growth and market share. We believe in empowering our leaders. You will operate with significant autonomy, controlling your strategic direction and directly impacting Aethir's global success, while being supported by our General Manager of AI, our CEO, our Founders and several investors.

This role offers an exceptional base salary and uncapped commission structure, providing 10% of all revenues generated (for direct enterprise sales, and 2% for resellers), reflecting the immense value and direct impact of your contributions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Market Leadership: Define and execute Aethir's enterprise sales strategy for the Greater China region, identifying key industry verticals and high-potential accounts requiring advanced AI computeC-Level Relationship Cultivation: Forge and nurture strategic relationships with executive leadership (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Heads of AI/ML) within top-tier Chinese enterprises, positioning Aethir as their indispensable AI compute partnerLarge-Scale Deal Orchestration:

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement to successful closure, securing significant, long-term contracts for Aethir's NVIDIA B200, H200, H100, and other next-generation GPU offeringsValue Proposition Articulation: Masterfully articulate the technical and economic advantages (including superior performance, transparent pricing, and enterprise SLAs) of Aethir's bare-metal, decentralized GPU infrastructure, demonstrating compelling ROI for Chinese enterprisesMarket Intelligence & Adaptation: Provide critical market intelligence on the Chinese AI landscape, competitive dynamics, and evolving regulatory environment, actively shaping Aethir's product and go-to-market strategies for regional successCross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with global product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure market needs are met and Aethir's offerings are optimally positionedRequirements10+ years of progressive, successful enterprise sales experience, with a significant portion in a senior leadership or strategic individual contributor role within the cloud computing, bare-metal infrastructure, or AI solutions sectorsProven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets and securing large-scale, complex enterprise contracts in the Chinese marketDeep, established network and trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within leading Chinese enterprises, particularly those engaged in large-scale AI/ML initiativesProfound understanding of the AI compute landscape, including the critical role of high-end GPUs (NVIDIA B200s, H200s, H100s, etc.

, and future architectures) and their applications in LLM training, inference, and generative AIMandarin fluency (written and spoken) is required to effectively engage with Chinese enterprise clients and navigate the local business environment.
