We design and build ergonomic workstations, command-and-control consoles, medical carts, and more for customers around the world. As we expand, we're looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented **JuniorMarketingAssociate** who's eager to get hands-on experience across every corner of a modern B2B marketing program. **What You'll Do**You'll join a small, supportive marketing team and dive into projects that touch every stage of the buyer journey---from first impression to repeat purchase.

**Trade Shows & Events** Research and recommend high-value trade shows; maintain a rolling calendar of opportunities. Coordinate logistics (booth, collateral, shipping, travel) and post-show follow-ups with Sales. **High-Volume Email & Direct Mail** Execute segmented email blasts; manage A/B tests, list hygiene, and quarterly list acquisition. Produce weekly internal mailings and monthly external catalog/postcard drops. Refine copy, imagery, and calls-to-action to boost open, click-through, and conversion rates. **Digital Advertising & Web** Assist with Google Ads and other PPC channels; monitor spend, keywords, and ROI. Optimize SEO across five corporate sites and regional microsites; track rankings and analytics.

Create new landing pages, update product content, and measure site performance against KPIs. **Content & PR** Draft press releases and pitch to targeted online outlets. Maintain an editorial calendar for blogs, podcasts, brochures, and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Yelp). Coordinate magazine ad schedules and digital-ad placements by modality and frequency. **Product & Promotion Support** Help launch new products by preparing web pages, brochures, and campaign assets. Partner with Sales to evaluate active promotions, recommend next steps, and track results. **Analytics & Reporting** Monitor inbound/outbound call metrics, web-bound leads, email performance, and ad results.

Present weekly dashboards and "what's next" action items to the marketing and sales teams. **What You Bring** Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (in progress/ comparable experience). 0--2 years of marketing experience (internships count!). Familiarity with at least one email platform Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices. Strong writing skills and an eye for clean, compelling visuals. Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines. Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice; Adobe CreativeCloud a plus.
