Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Part-time, Hybrid Content & Creative Assistant to join our team in Târgu Mureș.
You’ll help amplify our brand and our clients’ brands by creating and curating engaging visual content, supporting internal and external communications, and maintaining a cohesive, on-brand presence across all channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Content CreationEdit images and photographs for websites, social media, and marketing materialsDesign graphics, carousels, banners, and thumbnails using CanvaCrop, color-correct, and optimize assets for web and mobileVideo & Social Media SupportClip and repurpose long-form video into short-form reels/shortsGenerate captions, subtitles, and quote cardsSchedule posts across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, & TikTokCopy & Script AssistanceBrainstorm and draft hooks, headlines, and social captionsOrganize and refine video/podcast scriptsUtilize AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.
) to accelerate content ideationCommunications & CoordinationAssist with internal newsletters and client communicationsMaintain content calendars and track performance metricsLiaise with the podcast studio team for guest briefs and episode prepGeneral Creative SupportResearch trending formats, tools, and best practicesPrepare Canva templates and AI-generated assets for rapid iterationHelp maintain our “Empire OS” ClickUp workspace with up-to-date statusWhat We’re Looking ForStrong written English with a conversational, engaging toneExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetExperience in image editing & photography (basic to intermediate)Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with AI-based creative toolsAttention to detail and a passion for visual storytellingAbility to work on-site in Târgu Mureș, part-time (15–20 hrs/week)Bonus:
prior experience in content creation workflows (YouTube, podcasts, social media), understanding of software/mobile development, or knowledge of Romanian/Hungarian
