Affiliate Creator Manager

A Creator Management Team is responsible for managing and growing the company's affiliate marketing program. You will typically focus on building relationships with affiliates (partners), optimizing affiliate campaigns, and ensuring the program meets its performance and revenue goals.Responsibilities:Maintain strong relationships with existing creator affiliates to retain their loyalty and ensure long-term collaborationIdentify, onboard, and incubate growth for mid to long-tail e-comm creatorsDevelop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic, sales, or leadsMonitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum results (e.g., click-through rates, conversions)Provide training, tools, and resources to help affiliates succeedServe as the primary contact point for affiliates, promptly addressing their queries and concernsQualification :Familiar with Tiktok or Shopee Affiliates and mainstream e-commerce platformsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills⁠Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindsetAnalytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsAble to work with target and tight deadlineAt least 1 year of working experience as a KOL & Affiliate Specialist in the related fieldWilling to Work From Office (Yogyakarta)
