Affiliate Manager

We're on the hunt for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our performance marketing team and help to build and scale high-impact affiliate partnerships. If you're passionate about digital marketing, thrive in a data-driven environment, and know how to connect with people, this role is made for you.What You’ll Be DoingOwn & grow our affiliate program by recruiting, activating, and managing top-performing affiliates, influencers, and publishers.Optimise campaign performance through continuous testing, data analysis, and ROI-focused decision-making.Develop strong partner relationships, acting as the go-to point of contact for communication, deal negotiations, and support.Detect trends & identify opportunities by staying up to date with affiliate marketing innovations, tools, and competitive insights.Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, media buying, and content teams to ensure the affiliate channel aligns with broader marketing goals.Track, analyse, and report on partner and campaign performance, taking proactive steps to scale what's working—and fix what isn’t.Represent the brand at key industry events and conferences, growing your professional network and our reputation.What We’re Looking ForExperience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing is strongly preferred.Experience in related industries such as Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Sciences, or HR will be highly valued for transferable skills and perspectives.Solid grasp of metrics like EPC, LTV, CR, CTR and how to use them to optimise campaigns will be considered a big advantage.Strong data mindset – confident with spreadsheets, dashboards, and interpreting performance trends.Skilled in negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking.A collaborative mindset who thrives working across teams and values a positive, supportive work culture.Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal). Additional languages?
