Keeper is seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. This role will be based in Ireland and will focus on driving affiliate marketing efforts across the UK and EMEA regions. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. You'll drive partner acquisition, optimise campaign performance, and ensure brand consistency across all affiliate communications. This role requires strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day needs and growth of the affiliate program, which is inclusive of evaluating, forecasting, and executing current and new revenue driving opportunitiesCollect and distribute assets to publishers, adding screenshots of ongoing placements to the calendar/tracker, and auditing current campaigns to make sure they are live within the network and on publisher sitesManage weekly and monthly calls with vendors to discuss program growth and exposure opportunitiesDevelop and deliver weekly performance reports during internal meetings, highlighting progress against goals, key affiliate placements secured, and upcoming promotional opportunitiesBook upcoming placements in accordance with allocated budget Identify new partnership opportunities and proactively reach out to and follow up with potential partners on a daily basisManage operational aspects of the affiliate program, including but not limited to billing, reporting, publisher screening/approvals, offer creation and creative asset managementPreferably leverage a bilingual language proficiency to create, localise, and review affiliate marketing content and communications for language specific audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracyRequirements2+ years of affiliate marketing experience with a strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance-based marketing strategiesProven ability to build and manage relationships with affiliate partners and publishers, specifically within the UK and EMEA regionsProficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau and affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Rakuten, Impact, CJ, Awin)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsExcellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlinesComfortable presenting performance updates and insights to stakeholdersSelf-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid environmentBilingual fluency (English and an additional language), with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages is preferredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)BenefitsOnsite lunchesPrivate healthcare (no wait period)Pension contribution (no wait period)Sick PayBike-to-Work Scheme (if local)Keeper is an equal opportunity employer.
