About The TeamExternal Affiliate team is responsible for the growth of Affiliate program of Shopee, focusing on the Social Media channels such as Facebook, YouTube and InstagramThe team designs various campaigns and activities for Affiliate partners, collaborating closely with Creator management team and other Marketing and Business development teams to support the platform’s growthJob DescriptionDrive the growth of Affiliate marketing in Shopee, focusing on Creator growthConduct data analysis and competitor benchmarking, take a hypothesis-driven approach to address business challenges, identify new growth opportunities and initiate the project with a structured business caseTake ownership of Creator related projects and campaigns, partnering with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, launch, and review the project using data-driven insightsContribute to the development of overall business strategy and long-term goalsRequirements1-3 years of working experiencePrevious experience management consulting or e-commerce industry would be preferredStrong business acumen, critical thinking and ability to form actionable insights and recommendations using analytic skills, comfortable with numbersEffectively communicate in English and ThaiTeam player, humble, organized and results drivenAble to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
